Strong & Stable
A blend of stretching and mobility to help you become balanced, flexible and strong. It will take you through a flow of movement centered around core activation, finishing with a stretch sequence.
A series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next, ensuring your body is in constant motion. Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is also practiced.
Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.
Strength & Conditioning
This class involves heavy compound movements to help improve general strength with a conditioning finisher.
