Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I use The Huddle as my working space?

    As part of the Club Calcot membership perks The Grain Store includes a relaxed café and a bookable space called "The Huddle." These areas are for our members and guests to take advantage of while they're using the Club Calcot facilities.

    We love The Hive, Grain Store Café and The Huddle and want to keep things really relaxed, therefore don't want to encourage anyone to turn them into a full-time replacement office or camp out on zoom all day. However, if you've got a few urgent emails to tackle or something that just can't wait until you're back at your desk, by all means plug in and use these spaces.

    If you need some private space for meetings, The Huddle is also up for grabs, and you can rent it by the hour, including refreshments. Naturally, our members will get preferential rates.

  • Can I bring a guest?

    Yes. There are opportunities to book and bring a guest to enjoy the facilities with you during one of our designated booking times.

  • Can I access Calcot Spa as a Bronze or Silver member?

    Calcot Spa access is reserved to those on a Gold or Platinum membership. If you are a Bronze or Silver member and would like to upgrade, please contact us and we will let you know if spaces are available

  • Can I use The Playbarn creche whilst using the facilities?

    The Playbarn is available to Spa & Grain Store members to pre book for a maximum of 2 hours whilst they enjoy the Club Calcot facilities (subject to availability).
